Legal Public Affairs
Ten services covering the full lifecycle of an institutional dossier — from contextual analysis and representation to regulatory monitoring and risk management.
Our services cover the full lifecycle of an institutional dossier. We work in an integrated way across regional, national and European decision-making levels, translating our understanding of institutional processes into practical guidance for clients. We work with leading Italian universities and an established international network of law firms and specialist market access consultancies. Each engagement is tailored, combining legal and technical expertise to support clients and institutions from the analysis of barriers through to the practical implementation of solutions.

03 - Norma Faber
We draft position papers, technical analysis and legislative proposals, and engage with the relevant parliamentary committees and institutional decision-makers. 05 - A Seat at the Table
We build structured, multi-level institutional positioning programmes across government, parliament, independent authorities and agencies, and the regions, through one-to-one meetings, participation in technical working groups and targeted institutional events.
